The average increase approved for Ambetter was 1.9% and the average for QCA Health Plan was .56%.

It approved a 4.6 percent average increase from Ambetter, 1.5 percent from QCA Health Plan, 1.06 percent from QualChoice Life and Health and 4.4 percent from Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

For the past two years, the council has set up artists of all kinds in hotels around Queens — the program is called the QCA ArtHotel Residency — including those adjacent to the airports.

The average increases proposed were 7.8 percent by Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, 9.9 percent by Ambetter, 21.9 percent by QualChoice and 22 percent by QCA Health Plan.

However, of those recognised this year, 32 beaches received both the Blue Flag and a QCA, Keep Britain Tidy said.
