One day my friend told me about a new talent agency called Zebedee, which wanted to work with people with disabilities and visible differences, so I decided to apply for Ellie.

In August 2021, Iona came across Zebedee management - a talent agency representing people with disabilities and alternative appearances - and completed an online application.

Ella Singleton-Redmond, the women's booker for Zebedee, said disability was often left out of debates about diversity.

Beth has signed for the same agency as Goldstein - Zebedee - which represents people with disabilities and other physical differences.

Zebedee signed her just a few weeks later and Beth has since been involved in a number of photoshoots.
