Yeager

Christian Yeager, 56, was arrested by Irvine police Thursday night, according to Orange County jail records.

Yeager was booked by police on suspicion of child endangerment and criminal storage of a firearm, police said.

Ferguson then threw a 320-foot strike to catcher Steve Yeager, who blocked the plate and tagged out Sal Bando, who was trying to score from third.

Scioscia replaced Steve Yeager , with whom he shared much of the catching duties in the 1980s, and Fernando seemed to settle down.
