Additional remains found Tuesday in nearby West Babylon and in a state park were from the same two people, police said.

Sept. 2, 2010: Amber Lynn Costello, 27, is last seen leaving her home in West Babylon to meet with a sex work client.

Shortly before she was last seen in September 2010, a would-be client contacted her from a disposable cellphone and visited her at the West Babylon house she shared with three roommates, parking in her driveway, according to court papers filed after Heuermann’s arrest.

Amber Lynn Costello was 27 years old and lived in West Babylon, Long Island, when she went missing.

Through his court-appointed attorney, the 22-year-old West Babylon resident pleaded not guilty at a court appearance Saturday to three counts of assault and six weapons counts, and was ordered held on $400,000 cash bail or $800,000 bond.
