Serbian police launched a manhunt for a 21-year-old suspect identified only as U.B. who fired at people, apparently at random, with an assault rifle.

“Over the next several days, the university will perform an internal review into the activities of U.B. fraternities and sororities and will strongly counsel all Greek organizations about U.B.’s zero-tolerance policy on hazing and the very serious consequences of hazing,” Mr. Tripathi said in a statement on Friday.

U.B. and O.B. performed the histopathological analyses.

A company statement said Friday the board of directors had accepted Sikka’s resignation and appointed U.B.

With the 50th anniversary approaching next year, he said, “the rights of Palestinians must be realized, the occupation must end, the U.B. Security Council must act, and the time is now.”
