Tischendorf, who had been a member of the board since 2015, will not stand for re-election at the group’s next annual general meeting on Jan. 31, the company said.

Sources have told Reuters that Cevian, already represented by Jens Tischendorf, was looking to take a second board seat.

Cevian’s Tischendorf was also appointed to the audit committee, a person familiar with the matter said.

Fridtjof Tischendorf of Norway was second with 87.20, while Briton Jamie Nicholls placed third with 86.40.
