There are no talks going on aimed at ending the war, and Dmitry Suslov, an adviser to Russian President Vladimir Putin, was quoted in Italy's Corriere della Sera newspaper on Thursday as saying there was "zero" chance of talks happening in 2023.

"There is a risk of Russia using nuclear weapons. Not against Ukraine, but against the West," said Dmitry Suslov, a member of Russia's Council on Foreign and Defence Policy.

Pepi put the hosts ahead with a penalty kick in the 14th minute after Tomáš Suslov was fouled by Thierry Lutonda.

Suslov dribbled to the top of the penalty area, cut toward the center of the field and beat goalkeeper João Virgínia with a left-footed shot from the arc.

The 19-year-old entered at the start of the second half and fed Tomáš Suslov in the 71st minute.
