Henry — who is also Black and who played the harfoot Sadoc Burrows in “The Rings of Power” — chose to laugh at it all.

We still don’t have a name yet for this big fella, but by the end of the episode — after a tense skirmish between the Harfoots and the mystics that sees Sadoc sacrificing his life and the Stranger gaining access to a powerful magic staff — he does finally start speaking in full sentences.

This week, as they arrive at their favorite grove to find it destroyed by the nearby volcanic spew, the Harfoots’ leader Sadoc tells “the big fella” he needs to leave.

But when the trees the Stranger passes start coming back to life and yielding a bumper crop of apples, it looks like Sadoc sent him away too hastily.

The Harfoots and their tall Stranger have the least amount of airtime this week, though we do get what could be an important bit of foreshadowing when a disgruntled Harfoot tells Sadoc he should hobble the Brandyfoots’ cart and leave them behind.
