Paige McQuay was arrested on suspicion of attempting to contact a minor to commit an unlawful offense and attempting lewd acts with a minor, according to Roseville police.

An important break in the case came when three vehicles were linked to general locations of robberies in Fresno, Modesto, Roseville, Rocklin, Yuba City and Fall River Mills, according to court records.

“They’ve had 30 years to do this,” Cathy Kennedy, a nurse in Roseville and one of the presidents of the California Nurses Assn., said in an interview prior to the governor’s action.
