Between bites of his first Seattle dog, lined thick with cream cheese, New Yorker John Rickenbacker said he’s relieved to see the city has a nightlife at all.

Among the supporting cast, Olivia Griffin and John Kent Rickenbacker Jr. provide the musical accompaniment, with Griffin’s music therapist/yoga teacher playing the guitar and Rickenbacker’s nurse beatboxing.

But for the finished song, the tape was slowed down: melting the edges of each note, making a Rickenbacker guitar sound like a sitar and muddying the ground below Lennon’s voice.

He also met beloved Beatles road manager Mal Evans, and has an incredible story about holding John Lennon's famed black Rickenbacker guitar thanks to that experience.

Use the 8.5-mile Rickenbacker Trail, and you could even get there by bicycle.
