After the high court’s swing vote, Caitlin Halligan, an appointee of Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul, recused herself from the case, Judge Wilson selected as a replacement Judge Dianne Renwick, who already ruled in the Democrats’ favor in a similar case.

Parents Luke and Kristin Renwick had prayed for twins, and say those prayers were answered after a miscarriage in the fall of 2022.

The massive sculpture later traveled to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, and the Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington, D.C., and currently hangs in the lobby of the Seattle Art Museum.

"Puma has a higher sales exposure to women than Adidas or Nike, and the original Rihanna partnership in 2015 was really effective in helping it build strong demand and a lot of credibility with the female consumer," said Graham Renwick, analyst at Berenberg.
