According to an initial investigation, the driver of a gray Acura TLX, later identified as a 54-year-old woman from Randallstown, Md., was trying to change lanes when her car struck the front corner panel on the passenger side of a Volkswagen Jetta.

The State Police identified the driver as Lisa Adrienna Lea, 54, of Randallstown, Md. As Ms. Lea tried to move into the left lane, her car struck the “front corner panel” on the passenger side of a Volkswagen driven by Melachi Brown, 20, of Windsor Mill, Md., according to the police statement.

According to an initial investigation, the driver of a gray Acura TLX, later identified as Lisa Adrienna Lea, 54, of Randallstown, Md., was trying to change lanes when her car struck the front corner panel on the passenger side of a Volkswagen Jetta driven by Melachi Brown, 20, of Windsor Mill, Md. That caused the Acura to lose control and hit the highway workers before overturning, police said.

Randallstown resident Lisa Lea, 54, was attempting to change lanes on the inner loop in her gray Acura TLX sedan.

Superior Court, Shanteari Weems, 50, of Randallstown, Md., twice said the word “guilty” when asked how she pleaded to the charges associated with the shooting this summer.
