Newspaper baron William Randolph Hearst’s former penthouse and quintuplex are both on the market as once-in-a-lifetime opportunities.

Another piece of New York Hearst real estate is also on the market — his penthouse quintuplex at 137 Riverside Dr. After originally leasing the top 3 floors, Hearst purchased the building in 1913 for $950,000.

The quintuplex was originally listed at $38 million and has now been reduced to $31 million.

It’s now home to what could become the world’s most expensive apartment: the 3,300-square-meter, quintuplex “Sky Penthouse” in the soon-to-be-completed Odeon Tower.
