Volcanic ash from the �ʴDZ�dz�����é���ٱ� disrupted flights out of Mexico City’s largest airport on Tuesday and caused another airport even closer to the volcano to temporarily suspend activity.

In May 2023, ash emissions by �ʴDZ�dz�����é���ٱ� led to local authorities closing schools in 11 surrounding towns and temporarily shutting down Mexico City and Puebla airports.
