Kwon was arrested in March 2023 as he tried to board a flight to Dubai at Podgorica Airport, in Montenegro's capital.

The match was meant to have been played at the Podgorica National Stadium but, as the pitch there was deemed unplayable, the fixture was switched to Niksic, 53km away, just two weeks before kick-off.

Kameric, who divides her time between Sarajevo, Berlin and the Croatian coast, has a busy year ahead with a big solo show at Cukrarna Gallery in Ljubljana, Slovenia, in June and another exhibition opening at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Montenegro, in Podgorica, in September.

Kwon and another South Korean were arrested at Montenegro’s Podgorica Airport on March 23, while trying to depart for Dubai, United Arab Emirates, using fake Costa Rican passports.
