Landlords have been illegally raising prices due to the Los Angeles wildfires, says Selling Sunset star Jason Oppenheim.

Oppenheim said his business was offering its services for free and had received dozens of calls from people who had lost homes.

The deal that closed Thursday was negotiated between Belmont and Jason Oppenheim, who represented Ye in the sale.

Oppenheim calls the series a “docu-fantasia,” which is to say, liberties have been taken.
