Oil and water don't mix

A planetary scientist at the University of California, Berkeley, now proposes an alternative theory -- that the interiors of both these planets are layered, and that the two layers, like oil and water, don't mix.

In Michigan, Sean McBrearty, a coordinator for Oil and Water Don’t Mix, said the Enbridge pipeline is not needed to supply the region and that train cars or truckloads could replace it.

And, really, how exactly are we supposed to slather slippery concoctions on skin still wet from a shower when everyone knows that oil and water don’t mix?
