Hans Block and Moritz Riesewieck’s documentary "Eternal You" confronts death capitalism where it lives, with David Cronenberg’s "The Shrouds" not far behind.

“If we don’t do something different,” UC Santa Barbara adjunct professor and wildfire specialist Max Moritz says, “we’re going to re-create what just happened.”

Moritz concedes, “There are a lot of people who will find that objectionable.”

“Homes may still have to be greater than some minimum distance apart,” Moritz says.

In some of Switzerland's most famous up-market resorts, like St Moritz or Zermatt, there are long-standing concerns that the focus on luxury is pricing locals out of the market.
