Patricia Ann Brown — known as Patty Ann Lamoureux when her well-known case was litigated — was arrested in Temecula in 2011 and charged with felony murder in the killing of Bradley Capen.

Brinkman’s family, the Marysville community and the police officials who investigated her death can now begin to feel some form of closure, Lamoureux said.

“It’s all about cost,” said Gerard Lamoureux, a 51-year-old Democratic retiree in Newtown, Conn., who is planning to vote Republican this fall.

The Lamoureux twins helped the U.S. beat Canada for gold at the 2018 Games in Pyeongchang with Lamoureux-Davidson scoring the shootout winner.
