Lamech

Lamech Gordon-Carew, 20, from Hampden, was sentenced to life with a minimum term of 18 years.

Senior Tarik Lamech scored shorthanded moments later — one of Potomac School’s six goals in a dominant second quarter — as the Panthers escaped with an 11-7 road victory and a third consecutive tournament title.

After scoring shorthanded, Lamech netted two more on the man-advantage to help Potomac School build an 8-3 lead by halftime.
