Keuka Lake

This is what an AQI over 400 looks like, filmed from a boat on Keuka Lake, one of New York's Finger Lakes.

On a recent trip to Hammondsport, I visited with Fred Frank on the porch of Chateau Frank, an old farmhouse a stone’s throw from the main winery on the western shore of Keuka Lake.

Last summer, they visited the handful of wineries growing saperavi, including Dr. Frank and McGregor Vineyard on Keuka Lake, and Standing Stone on the east side of Seneca Lake.

Ms. Mitrano, who lives in Penn Yan, a village on Keuka Lake, said she also worried about Russian interference in the election.

An adult spotted lanternfly was discovered in a vehicle in the Albany area and another adult was reported on a private Keuka Lake property in Penn Yan.
