Jos Buttler's 97 not out led Gujarat Titans to an impressive seven-wicket victory against Delhi Capitals and took them to the top of the Indian Premier League table.

He and his management - his father Jos Verstappen and Dutchman Raymond Vermeulen - have open minds and are waiting longer to see how this season develops.

Brook, 26, was named one-day and T20 skipper on Monday, replacing Jos Buttler, who quit after England's failed Champions Trophy campaign.

Once he did so, Brook was always the obvious choice to replace Jos Buttler.

The 26-year-old replaces Jos Buttler, who stepped down after England were knocked out of the Champions Trophy in February.
