“Unfortunately, a local couple from Houma won’t stop flying drones into our windows every morning and following us with a tracker,” she wrote.

The man, identified by family as Tyler Barnett, 28, of Houma, was last seen on security camera footage aboard the Carnival Glory cruise ship late Sunday, officials said.

“In the South, they’re banning drag to ‘protect children’ but won’t do anything about guns,” said his friend Virginia Hart Houma, 23.

Parts of the ship have been manufactured at ECO facilities in Florida and Mississippi and shipped to Houma.

She said she is saving about $1,000 by getting the procedure done in Mexico, even after factoring in the costs of hotel and airfare from her hometown of Houma, La. She had already paid the cost of the surgery and did not want to risk losing her money.
