Police said they recovered a Glock 9mm handgun and a spent shell casing from the scene.

Prosecutor Michael Shaw KC said it was clear from an examination of the scene of the shooting that the gunmen had positioned themselves at the rear of the property and fired six shots from what appeared to be a Glock 9mm handgun.

At that point, the son said, he saw his father aim the Glock at her and shoot.

Victor Gomes bought a Glock 17 semiautomatic pistol from a licensed gun store in the Central Valley city of Hanford in May 2017.

On May 18, 2017, Gomes bought the Glock pistol from Kings Gun Center, a state-licensed gun dealer in Hanford.
