Glackens

He was born in 1892 in Philadelphia, where his father, a newspaper illustrator, was one of a group of young painters, including William Glackens and John Sloan, who took cues from a magnetic, slightly older figure, Robert Henri.

All four picked paintings with water, two by Monet, one by Renoir, and another by Glackens.
