A group of Rams players that included quarterback Matthew Stafford, receiver Puka Nacua, edge rusher Jared Verse, defensive linemen Kobie Turner and Braden Fiske, Higbee and running backs Kyren Williams and Blake Corum mingled and posed for photos with the crowd.

In the last two drafts they selected players such as star receiver Puka Nacua, defensive tackle Kobie Turner, edge rusher Jared Verse and defensive lineman Braden Fiske.

They selected Verse with the 19th pick and then traded up to select Fiske, Verse’s Florida State teammate, in the second round.

“The destruction of multiple schools and educational facilities has created an immense burden on students, families, and the entire educational community,” John Fiske, an attorney representing the district, said in a statement.

He joins a front that includes lineman Braden Fiske and edge rusher Jared Verse, the NFL defensive rookie of the year.
