Rivaling the likes of Capote’s “In Cold Blood,” and adapted by Martin Scorsese, Grann’s eagle-eyed work is a nonfiction classic.

In the new, ’60s-set comedy series, Martin plays Robert Diaz, a Korean War veteran who works as the eagle-eyed employee of the show’s exclusive country club and the caretaker of Burnett’s high-society doyenne, Norma Dellacorte.

The eagle-eyed amongst might have noticed that some of those names are not familiar.

One clue that the Katy Perry picture was bogus is the carpeting on the stairs, which some eagle-eyed social media users pointed out was from the 2018 event.

And eagle-eyed fans were quick to point out he was wearing an EFL captain's armband in the shootout, though the notion he put it on specifically for that moment is wide of the mark.
