The American Accountability Foundation, a project of the Heritage Foundation, placed Doyle on a “DHS bureaucrat watchlist” that aimed to expose career staff in “league with left-wing open border groups.”

The notice Steele received says DHS is using its discretion to terminate the parole, at most seven days from the date of the notice.

When it resumed, Ensign told the court: “I have spoken with DHS. They are not aware of any current plans for flights tomorrow, but I have also been told to say that they reserve the right to remove people tomorrow, that that would be consistent with” the Supreme Court’s earlier decision.

“They are disappearing people, marking them as dead in the Social Security database if they are people that DHS has deemed shouldn’t be in the country anymore… they’re digitally murdering these folks.”

“We were trying to kind of create this time capsule, like around the old DHS of this moment,” said Youssef.
