AEI also provided a statement to the Guardian confirming that the group “employed CRC Advisors to edit and promote our groundbreaking report on the corrupt relationship between our federal court system and leftwing dark money groups.”

The entire effort by CRC Advisors and AEI is meant to thwart climate change education and make it easier for lawsuits challenging environmental regulations to prevail.
