Germany’s foreign ministry late on Friday issued a warning against traveling to the Romanian regions of Arges, Bihor, Buzau, Neamt, Ialomita, Mehedinti and Timis as well as to Bulgaria’s Blagoevgrad, Dobritsch and Varna regions.

Andrei Iancu, 20, from Buzau in Romania, was charged with attempting to smuggle a person into the UK.

The Germans had not only been checked in the Buzau and the Predeal Passes, but they had suffered a genuine setback there, being forced to retire.

Heavy fighting then began developing at Torzburg, Predeal, and Buzau Passes.
