Under a plea deal, Andruchuk will forfeit 219 guns, more than 25,000 rounds of ammunition and other items seized by police at the Burrillville home that he shared with his wife and three children, prosecutors said.

The deal also calls for Andruchuk to forfeit all guns, ammunition and magazines that were seized from his Burrillville home in February.

In the western part of the state, the towns of Foster, Glocester and Burrillville are “about as red as they get for the Northeast,” said Adam Myers, an associate professor at Providence College.

The 18th century home in Burrillville sold for $1.525 million on Thursday, far higher than the $1.2 million asking price.

By Friday morning, some spots in New England including Danielson, Connecticut, Norwood, Massachusetts, and Burrillville, Rhode Island, had received more than a foot by late morning, according to the National Weather Service.
