Breda Devine was just 20 months old when her life was ended.

Breda had been born three months prematurely.

The family had travelled to Omagh town centre for a shopping trip to buy Breda shoes for the wedding.

During his playing days, Slot was a goalscoring attacking midfielder, twice winning promotion from the Dutch second division to the Eredivisie with FC Zwolle and also playing in the Uefa Cup with NAC Breda.

As well as working in his homeland with NEC Nijmegen, Excelsior Rotterdam and NAC Breda, the Dutchman had a year at Brentford before his longer spells with Manchester City and Burnley.
