No need to put out an APB, though, because the suspect, former homicide detective Roger Golubski, who retired in good standing and with a full pension from the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department, isn’t in hiding.

The APB now needs to collect about 500,000 signatures over the next six months to be able to register for next year's municipal elections.
